Diana was the founding owner of a custom clothing company in New York and transitioned into commercial real estate by applying the relationship-based business practices she developed. She established a network of real estate developers, owners and managers who trusted her approach and expertise.

During her 11 years of experience in real estate networking she realized that the Hispanic community was underrepresented to be able to gain the power of real estate. She decided to focus solely on the Hispanic market and thus La Chapulina Verde was born. She is an energetic fitness enthusiast who believes in taking care of the spirit, mind and body. This helps her increase her focus and steely determination. Outside of the office, you'll find her exploring various cuisines and restaurants that are essential to fueling her active lifestyle. Additionally, she is a lover of the arts, travel, music, dance, and nature.

Carol Vanessa Izquierdo is a Colombian professional and a student of Public Administration. Carol has worked as a Quality Coordinator and Internal Auditor in various organizations, focusing on process documentation and improvement, effective decision-making, and data analysis.

Over the past 10 years, she has developed strong leadership, team management, and process management skills, successfully leading continuous improvement projects. With a mindset oriented toward constant growth, Carol is always seeking new opportunities and challenges to continue advancing professionally. Her focus on quality, efficiency, and problem-solving makes her a valuable asset to our organization.

Selena Alvarez graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Shortly after graduating, she was able to combine her love for dance, marketing, and entrepreneurship by becoming a director of photography and videography, video editor, and creative director.

Selena is a creativity enthusiast, passionate about visual arts, music, social media marketing, and everything related to dance.

Selena is the lead videographer, video editor, and social media director for La Chapulina Verde.
